Charles Parker was a violinist who performed at the Kaiserhoff Hotel around 1910, and also had a successful barbering business at Gay and High Streets. He was also in the business of providing entertainers for hotels and ballrooms all over the Midwest. His groups were called Parker's Popular Players. According to his daughter Kaye, (second from the left in this family photo) Parker booked 38 different bands in one summer.
